Janik Sundstrom is a qualified physiotherapist with a particular interest in sports physiotherapy. With the variety of requirements and stressors that affect athletes, he believes that it is essential that proper conditioning and strengthening to optimize performance and prevent injuries from arising is crucial. Janik himself is a keen sports enthusiast with interests across the sporting world, ranging from athletics, rugby, and various forms of martial arts. Janik volunteered in Malawi and created rehabilitation programs for children with disabilities.
